Koal Benson had been actively involved in Real Estate since 2016. In 2019, He decided to make it his full time career and Koal is data driven and goal oriented, and will learn as much as he can to best support you and communicate with you openly and respectfully.

He was born and raised here in Arkansas, beginning his life in Blytheville, experiencing early adulthood life in Manila, and has been in Jonesboro for almost a decade now. He has been married since 2015, and has 4 beautiful children: Asher, Luna, Ember, and Titan.

Koal has seen many different sides of the service industry, from fast food, to retail sales, service and installation, to production and packaging. In every aspect, he believes to always take a step back and see it from the other side and then adapt that to his business.

From early in my childhood, Koal had family and family friends impress upon his life the career of Real Estate. When he was in retail mapping out his 10 year goals, He wanted to "promote himself" into Real Estate. Working at Best Buy gave Koal the competitive communication skills with technology savvy. With tons of training, he adapted to teaching in his department and across regional departments. His team had monumental accolades as well as putting the Jonesboro team #1 in the country for a time. Then Koal moved to Nestle, where that gave him a completely different view on life. Working with our blue collar workers who made meals that Americans depended on and seeing how much care was given to anyone who ever opened one of the products, showed him no matter where you are, you're always people oriented. Nestle gave Koal the leadership and goal measuring skills to not only benefit his personal life, but to benefit the goals of real estate for his clients.

Having dedicated his passion to Real Estate, Koal has taken on numerous education programs, and have been rewarded with designations and certifications that will benefit all parties. From being an Accredited Buyers Representative designated, At Home With Diversity certified, and Real Estate Negotiation Expert certified, and working on many more, Koal will walk and talk with you through the entire journey and make sure that you are confident in the process.
